Nationwide Platforms in Cardiff is seeking a Depot Manager to lead a local depot operation, delivering exceptional customer service while driving profitability and growth. You will manage budgets, resources and KPIs to meet targets and continuously improve operations, safety, and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

As Depot Manager at the Cardiff depot, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
