Nationwide Platforms seeks an experienced Depot Manager for the Cosby, Leicestershire depot to lead a safe, compliant and customer-focused operation while driving revenue growth and local performance. You will manage budgets, build strong customer relationships and develop a high-performing team in a hands-on leadership role.

You will deliver excellent service, coach colleagues, use KPIs to drive improvement, and ensure efficient operations with a focus on safety and profitability.

As Depot Manager at our depot in Cosby, Leicestershire, you'll be responsible for leading a successful local depot operation, delivering outstanding customer service while driving operational performance, profitability and growth.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the thick of the action. You'll build strong customer relationships, lead from the front and create a culture where every colleague keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.

In return you will receive a salary from £45,000 DOE, Company car or cash allowance of £7,900, BUPA Private Medical Care, 25 days annual leave plus back holidays, Life Assurance, Auto Enrolment Pension scheme and Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on selected high street stores.
