About The Role

As Depot Manager, you will have operational responsibility for all aspects of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the Service Centre performs against all targets and budgets, managing costs effectively.
• Motivating employees to foster a positive atmosphere and achieve their best performance.
• Creating monthly management reports, including P&L analysis.
• Liaising with the Sales team to develop new sales opportunities and grow the business.
• Ensuring all work and processes comply with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintaining effective and clear communication within the Service Centre.

About You

We will support your success through training and personal development. To qualify for the Depot Manager role, you should have previous experience in a similar operations or branch management role and possess the following skills:

• Experience in managing, motivating, and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to work with P&L accounts and budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and uphold high standards.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Health and Safety practices.
• Full clean driving license.
