As an Assistant Depot Manager, you will support your Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot, and you will always identify and suggest new opportunities to grow sales. Your responsibilities include reviewing the P&L, recruiting, leading by example, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with the local trade.
The environment is fast-paced, competitive, and demanding but also financially rewarding with a strong team spirit. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about becoming a Depot Manager, supported by extensive online and face-to-face training to develop your skills and knowledge for future management roles.
