Job summary

Co-op in Andover is seeking a Depot General Manager to lead our fast-paced depot and translate our logistics strategy into actionable plans. You will oversee about 400 colleagues, manage partnerships with third-party suppliers and unions, and drive safe, efficient operations across the site.

You will build a high-performing leadership team, deliver the operations plan on budget, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional service to more than 400 stores.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale teams.
• Experience delivering positive change within a large, complex, and challenging environment.
• Understanding of logistics/manufacturing, site management, and/or end-to-end food retail operations.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others.
• Experience managing a large budget effectively.
