Job summary

DX Group is seeking a Depot General Manager to lead all aspects of the service centre operation across our DX products. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive budgeted revenue, control costs, and ensure high standards of service and safety while managing employees, subcontractors and operations teams.

The role requires strong leadership, change management and a track record of delivering improvements in fast-paced distribution environments.

Qualifications

• Proven line management experience in logistics, production or parcels environments.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue and profit and loss.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the service centre operation.
• Drive cost, quality and service performance to meet targets.
• Manage premises, equipment and consumables while delivering high quality service.
