Job summary

CO-OP is hiring a Depot General Manager in Andover to lead a fast-paced depot and translate logistics strategy into actionable plans. You will oversee around 400 colleagues and manage relationships with third-party suppliers and trade unions.

You will drive an effective operational plan, ensure safety and smooth runs, and support colleagues to perform at their best in a large, complex retail logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a logistics/retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and cost control.
• Strong stakeholder and partner relationship skills.
• Understanding of logistics/manufacturing and food retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Create an effective, customer-focused operational plan for the depot.
