You’ll deputise across all areas of depot operation, coach supervisors, plan resources, maintain housekeeping and safety, and drive pricing, availability and promotional merchandising to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the General Manager across all depot operations.
• Lead daily communication and motivate colleagues to achieve high standards.
• Plan resources to maximise productivity and respond to changing customer demand.
• Coach Supervisors for operational excellence.
• Ensure housekeeping, stock presentation and safety standards across the depot.
• Lead the successful launch of promotions and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive pricing accuracy, stock availability and weekly gap scanning.
• Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high-performing culture.
• Champion exceptional customer service to every customer.
