Customer Service Advisor(s)
The PHOENIX Group is currently looking for Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service at all times.
The role requires professionalism and a desire for continuous improvement, as you will liaise with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, processing customer orders, investigating and resolving queries, informing customers about our services and products, and making proactive service calls.
We offer comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities.
This is a full-time role with shift rotations until 6 pm, including occasional Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
