Job summary

Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company is recruiting a Depot Administrator to join our Cardiff depot. Reporting to the Transport Manager, the role ensures efficient handling of incoming and outgoing products and daily transfers.

The role commands standard hours: any 5 of 7 days, 9am–5pm, with a competitive salary and extensive benefits including a product allowance, private medical, life assurance, company bonus, 24/7 GP, holidays and discounts.

Qualifications

• IT literate with MS Office and SAP experience.
• Knowledge of transport operations.
• Operator license awareness training is desirable.
• Team player with strong communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming and outgoing products are managed efficiently.
• Monitor incoming mails for stock exchanges.
• Process daily transfers and pick sheets; liaise with drivers and other depots.

About the role

We are now recruiting for Depot Administrator to join us at our Cardiff Depot. Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role will be responsible for:

Role responsibilities

• Ensuring incoming and outgoing products are managed efficiently
• Monitoring incoming mails for stock exchanges
• Processing daily transfers and pick sheets for the depot and liaising with drivers and other depots to resolve internal queries

Experience and key attributes

• IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP systems
• Knowledge of transport operations
• Operator license awareness training is desirable
• Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team
• First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business
