Carlsberg Britvic in Cardiff is recruiting a Depot Administrator to join our logistics team. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will help manage stock flows, coordinate transfers, and support drivers and depots to resolve queries.

The role is permanent with working hours 9am-5pm, five days of seven, and offers a competitive salary with extensive benefits including private medical options, life assurance, and pension enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office and SAP systems.
• Knowledge of transport operations and depot administration.
• Ability to coordinate with drivers and multiple depots.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring incoming and outgoing products are managed efficiently.
• Monitoring incoming mails for stock exchanges.
• Processing daily transfers and pick sheets for the depot and liaising with drivers and other depots to resolve internal queries.
