PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. Cardiff Depot is hiring a Warehouse Operative to assemble and pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch to pharmacies, GPs and hospitals in the local community.

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 06:30–14:30, at £12.82 per hour, this permanent role requires standing, lifting up to 15kg, and staying compliant with policies; you’ll benefit from paid annual leave, health cash plans, a pension scheme, and other company perks.

Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to come join our Cardiff Depot. In this role you will be helping support your local community’s health needs by delivering a high-quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacies, GPs, and hospitals.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
• Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while adhering to policies and legal requirements.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
