Apex Group in the UK is seeking a Compliance Officer – Depository and Custody Compliance to support the UK Head of Depositary and Custody Compliance. You will help drive risk-based compliance programs, oversee regulatory matters, and produce board-ready reports for senior management.

You will liaise with regulators, auditors and clients, keep abreast of regulatory changes, and contribute to local policy development and training across the team.

Qualifications

• Must have regulatory compliance experience in financial services.
• Proficient in regulatory reporting and risk-based frameworks.
• Able to liaise with regulators, auditors and clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a risk-based compliance framework.
• Develop and implement the monitoring programme.
• Prepare reports for senior management and the board.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors and clients.
• Provide compliance training to staff and board members.
