Job summary

Apex Group in London is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Trusts & Escrow Services to lead a small team and manage a portfolio of corporate structures and related obligations. You will own end-to-end client lifecycle from onboarding to servicing and distributions, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive UK KYC/AML knowledge, and a proven ability to coordinate across departments with clients, law firms and financial partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in corporate trusts, escrow services, or corporate administration.
• Understanding of the operational mechanisms of escrows, commercial trusts, and process agent appointments.
• Good organizational skills with a proven capability to manage shifting priorities under deal-driven pressure.
• Solid working knowledge of UK KYC/AML regulations, corporate governance, and client asset protection principles.
• Articulate verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage confidently with internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a portfolio of corporate trusts and escrow arrangements for clients.
• Oversee onboarding, KYC processes and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coach and develop junior team members and coordinate across departments.
• Ensure timely execution of transactions and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
