Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Deployment Specialist for a field-based role with travel to NHS hospital sites (approximately 3 to 4 days per week). Sites are across the M5 corridor, South West and Midlands. Starting salary £37,502, rising to £41,669 over three years.

Responsibilities

• Support project and change initiatives by completing defined tasks, maintaining project plans, and providing basic analysis in line with established procedures.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings, events, and communications to support effective collaboration.
• Support the development and delivery of training materials by gathering information and preparing content using standard templates and processes.
• Collect, input, and analyse data from multiple standard sources to produce accurate reports and updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational effectiveness by reviewing existing processes and supporting inventory and supplier management activities.
