Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Deployment Specialist to deploy ecommerce and inventory management solutions into NHS hospitals, working with NHS Supply Chain, hospital procurement, supply chain, clinical, IT and senior teams.

You will apply change and project management techniques in a complex healthcare environment, with an operational understanding of hospital supply chains and data analysis to measure benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to plan, organise, and deliver change initiatives.
• Strong communication across a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data to measure benefits and impact.

Responsibilities

• Support project and change initiatives by completing defined tasks and maintaining project plans.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings and communications.
• Support the development and delivery of training materials using standard templates.
• Collect, input, and analyse data from multiple sources to produce reports and updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and inventory and supplier management activities.
