Job summary

Bueno Analytics, part of Copeland, seeks a Technical Deployment Engineer to connect customer building systems to the Bueno platform and ensure data quality for analytics and optimization. You will coordinate with engineers, customers, and contractors to deploy across projects.

Responsibilities include BACnet/Modbus integrations, edge device management, and cross-team collaboration to meet timelines and data requirements.

Qualifications

2+ years of practical HVAC/BMS/refrigeration experience.
Solid BACnet and Modbus knowledge.
Strong IT networking understanding (IP addressing, subnets, routing).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Full right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Execute technical deployments connecting customer building systems to the Bueno platform across multiple projects.
Perform BACnet discovery, Modbus configuration, and point verification against site schematics.
Work with customer IT/OT teams and third-party vendors to establish secure connectivity and troubleshoot data flow issues.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual edge devices.
Validate integrations between BMS, HVAC, refrigeration, and energy management systems and the Bueno platform.
Prepare and deliver site deployments in line with project timelines and customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to provide technical guidance on software deployment, analytics services, and data capture.
Maintain deployment documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Identify deployment risks and opportunities to improve engineering standards and efficiency.
Support testing, commissioning, and verification activities to ensure successful project delivery.
