Job summary

Primark East Ham is seeking a Department Manager on a fixed-term contract to lead a store department, manage stock and merchandising, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.

You will oversee a team of managers during shifts, develop colleagues through our digital learning and career pathways, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture. This is a global fashion retailer with 80,000+ colleagues and 450+ stores.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.

• In the absence of senior management, oversee the store for the shift.

Salary: £37,817 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
