Job summary

Primark Cambridge is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will own store performance, develop your people, translate strategy into practical actions, maintain visual standards, and collaborate across departments to create a great place to work and shop.

Salary: £competitive + car allowance + bonus + medical cover (with 33 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
