Job summary

Primark Yeovil is seeking a Department Manager to lead a store area, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with a management team to ensure great standards and smooth operations across departments.

You will be responsible for stock, merchandising, team development and shift coverage, with opportunities to progress through digital learning and structured career pathways. Primark promotes inclusion and a people-first culture across 450+ stores globally.

Location: Primark, Yeovil
Salary: £37,817 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.
