Zental in Barnet is seeking an experienced Dental Sales / Treatment Co-ordinator to support growth. You will convert enquiries into booked treatments, nurture relationships, and guide patients from first contact through to completion with a focus on exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in premium sales or customer-focused roles, strong negotiation and closing skills, outstanding communication, and proficiency with practice management or CRM systems (Dentally advantageous).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-end sales or customer-focused role.
• Proven sales performance with new business development and conversion.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to discuss treatment options and finance.
• Excellent communication and a professional, polished manner.
• Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.
• It competence with practice management/CRM systems (Dentally advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new patient enquiries (phone, email, web, walk-in).
• Engage with patients to understand needs, present treatment options, and facilitate informed decisions.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations, explaining treatment plans and financing options.
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring continuity and satisfaction.
• Proactively follow up on leads to maximise conversion.
• Work closely with clinicians to translate clinical plans into patient pathways.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and growth strategies.
• Provide support at reception/front of house when required.
