mydentist is seeking a Treatment Coordinator for our Penistone practice. You will build patient relationships, guide them through private options, and convert enquiries into sales while supporting the patient journey.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends. GDC registration is preferred; dental nursing experience could be considered for progression within a TCO role.

Qualifikationen

• GDC registration preferred and/or dental nursing background.
• Experience as Treatment Coordinator or exposure to treatment coordination within dental practice.

Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Penistone dental practice at 11-15 High St, Sheffield, S36 6BR. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey

Candidates should ideally be GDC registered and have previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Dental Nurse. Consideration will also be given to candidates with exposure to treatment coordination responsibilities within a dental practice who are keen to progress into a dedicated TCO role

The working pattern for this role will be full time, Monday to Friday, 8:45-17:30 plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a practice based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.
