Job summary

mydentist Middlesbrough is seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator to attract and convert patient enquiries, guiding customers through private treatment options and the patient journey. You will work on digital leads, social channels and local events, reporting marketing performance, and collaborating with dentists to grow private patient numbers while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales in a similar environment or GDC qualified dental nurse seeking a role change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities and manage inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Attract and manage enquiries via digital channels, social media, and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and outcomes.
• Support patients through their treatment journey and explain private options.

Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Middlesbrough practice. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, TCO ( Treatment Co-Ordinator) you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.

The role will ideally suit someone with previous Sales in similar environment OR a GDC qualified Dental Nurse who wants a change of role.

The working pattern for this role will be

Thursday 12pm-8pm 30min lunch

Friday 8am-6pm 30min lunch

Sat 8am-5pm 30min lunch

Sun 8am-5am 30min lunch

Total: 34hrs
