Job summary

Dentopedia Group is hiring for a Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator to join our clinic network in the UK. The role involves welcoming patients, coordinating non-clinical treatment plans and guiding patients through appointment scheduling and fees.

We offer Monday–Friday with possible weekends, a salary of £14–£15 per hour plus commission based on treatment plan sales, and opportunities for growth within a forward-thinking dental group.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental reception and treatment coordination.
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and finance options.
• Confident and professional communication with patients.
• Organised, with strong follow-up and diary management.
• Proficient with computers and dental software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional reception experience.
• Manage front-desk operations and reception area.
• Answer calls, messages, emails and online enquiries.
• Book and manage appointments, optimise diaries.
• Explain treatment options and fees clearly, including finance.
• Coordinate patient treatment journeys with dentists and nurses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Process payments and support end-of-day reconciliation.
