Oakmead Dental Practice in East Grinstead is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team. You will be the first point of contact, managing reception, booking appointments, taking payments, and supporting the wider practice to ensure a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

Welcoming patients to the practice in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
Booking, managing and confirming patient appointments.
Maintaining accurate patient records with data protection compliance.

Responsibilities

Managing the reception area to be welcoming, organised and professional.
Taking payments and handling financial queries.
Liaising with clinicians and the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
Supporting administration and general day-to-day tasks.
