The role suits someone with a dental background and proven management experience, with a focus on improving performance and staff development. Working hours are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday cover.

• Ensure high standards of compliance, CQC, health and safety and patient care.
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
• Manage patient feedback and complaints effectively.
• Identify and implement improvements across the practice.
