Join Our Ambitious, Passionate, Growing Team as a Dental Receptionist at EVP Dental!

If you’re ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then this is the role for you. We’re on the lookout for an energetic, experienced Dental Receptionist to join our family at EVP Dental in Perth!

This is your chance to play a key role in the heart of our practice— enhancing the patient experience, and driving the growth of a leading dental practice, working closely with the reception team.

At EVP Dental, we’re redefining what it means to be a top-tier dental practice. With cutting-edge technology, a team of exceptional professionals, and a commitment to growth and development, we’re on a mission to change the game in dental care—and we need you to help us do it!

We’re driven by a set of core values that shape our practice and guide us toward success:

Team Culture – We’re all about working together, supporting one another, and creating a family-like atmosphere. At EVP Dental, you’re not just a team member, you’re part of a close-knit family that has each other’s backs.

Growth and Development– Whether it’s personal growth, team growth, or the growth of the practice itself, we believe in continuous improvement and empowering each individual to reach their full potential.

CustomerExperience– Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to providing exceptional care and creating a positive, welcoming experience every time a patient walks through our doors.

Accountability– We take responsibility for our actions and always strive for excellence. We hold ourselves accountable to our team and our patients, ensuring that everything we do reflects our values.

Greet and Welcome Patients:Create a welcoming environment for patients as they arrive. You’ll be the face of exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient walks out the door feeling valued and cared for.

Administrative Tasks:Scheduling appointments in person, over the phone, via email and online bookings, handling patient queries via email. Working as a team to complete daily and weekly check lists

Support Growth & Strategy – You won’t just be managing daily tasks—you’ll be helping us evolve. Contribute to practice policies, procedures, and strategic planning to make sure EVP Dental continues to thrive and grow.

Part time role working up to 27 hours per week, on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

1-2 Years’ Experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (bonus points for healthcare or dental experience!).

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – You’re not just great at talking to people, you’re excellent at creating relationships and building trust with patients, colleagues, and third-party providers.

Organizational Wizardry – You know how to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure. Fast-paced environments? Bring it on!

Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable using practice management software and Microsoft Office.

Customer-Obsessed – Delivering exceptional service is your number one priority. You know how to keep patients happy and satisfied.

Dental Knowledge – If you’ve got a handle on dental terminology, insurance, and billing procedures, we’ll be even more excited to have you on board!

What We Offer You

Competitive Salary & Benefits – We take care of our people because we believe in mutual growth.

Training & Development – Whether it’s professional development or career growth, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

Flexibility & Balance – We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible arrangements to fit your lifestyle.

Team Culture That Feels Like Family – At EVP Dental, we foster a supportive, growth-driven environment. We celebrate wins, encourage personal development, and ensure every voice is heard.

Employee Perks – From discounted dental treatments to company-sponsored social events, we believe in supporting our team both inside and outside the office.
