A well-established GP practice in Stratford is seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable GP Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception experience who is looking to take on a meaningful role in a busy healthcare setting.
As a GP Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, answering calls and queries, and performing various administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly. You will be at the heart of the practice, working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure every patient receives the care they need. This role is vital in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for both patients and staff. The practice is made up of a diverse and skilled team, including GPs, Paramedics, ANPs, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Registrars, and Medical Students. The practice prides itself on the collaborative, supportive atmosphere within the team, and they’re excited to welcome a new team member who shares their commitment to quality care.
Key Details
£13.85/hr to £15.50/hr, depending on experience.
Flexible working hours, with options for 3 or 4 days a week to suit your availability (Friday, Thursday, Tuesday (Wednesday if 4-day option chosen))

Previous experience in a receptionist role, ideally in a healthcare or GP setting.
If you’ve worked as a GP Receptionist before, you’ll be eligible for a higher pay rate.
