SmileLine Consulting is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a modern private dental practice in Reading. You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead from the front, support clinicians and ensure an exceptional patient journey while collaborating with management on ongoing growth.

The ideal candidate will have private practice management experience, be a confident leader, highly organised and commercially aware, focused on patient experience and practice development.

• Recruitment, onboarding, training and team performance
• Maintaining high standards of CQC compliance and governance
• Managing systems, processes and workflows
• Working closely with clinicians and senior management on practice development
