Barsar Ltd. is seeking aDental Practice Manager to lead and develop the management teams across four private and mixed dental practices. The role requires driving patient experience, optimizing operations, and supporting growth across sites with hands-on leadership.

You’ll work closely with Directors and the leadership team, travel between practices, and shape our future in a fast-growing environment. A full UK driving licence is required and multi-site experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Brings management experience in dental or healthcare (minimum of 3 years).
• Experience leading Head Nurses, nurses, and reception teams is beneficial.
• Ability to travel between multiple practices and supervise across sites.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Working closely with our amazing management team
• Leading, motivating and developing our fantastic Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams.
• Keeping our practices running efficiently, profitably and consistently.
• Championing exceptional patient experiences and first-class customer service.
• Driving performance, improving systems and spotting opportunities to make us even better.
• Supporting recruitment, training and developing future leaders.
• Managing complaints professionally and turning feedback into improvement.
• Overseeing compliance and ensuring every practice is always inspection-ready.
• Supporting marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.

• Bonus points if you have: multi-site management experience, CQC knowledge, HR or recruitment experience, marketing skills, SOE or Dentally experience, or a dental nursing qualification.
