Job summary

Mydentist Blyth is looking for a receptionist to deliver outstanding customer service to patients and visitors, both in person and on the phone. You will manage front desk duties, keep appointments running smoothly, and support the team in a fast-paced dental practice.

The role is Monday to Friday, 7:45 to 17:15 with an hour lunch and occasional Saturdays. The practice offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.97, holidays rising to 25 days plus bank holidays, health and wellbeing support,

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided).
