Job summary

mydentist is looking for a friendly receptionist to join our Middlesbrough practice at Unit HB, Cleveland Retail Park. You will welcome patients in person and on the phone, manage front desk calls, and help keep the schedule running smoothly.

The role is on site with no home working option, and offers shift patterns including evenings. You will be part of a supportive team with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Friendly, caring and compassionate.
• Organised; can multitask and work towards KPI’s.
• Great at building relationships.
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided).
• Confident at working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to diffuse challenging situations.
