Job summary

Envisage Dental UK Limited in East Grinstead is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead Oakmead Dental Care’s three-surgery practice and drive growth. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support clinicians and develop the team to deliver excellent patient care.

The role requires a dental practice management background, confident leadership and a proactive, commercially aware approach. You will foster a positive, compliant environment and help improve performance.

Clinic Manager – Oakmead Dental Care | East Grinstead

£40,000 | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturday Cover

Oakmead Dental Care is looking for an experienced and confident Clinic Manager to join our established three-surgery practice in East Grinstead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a dental background and previous management experience who enjoys leading people, improving performance and supporting business growth. We would also welcome applications from an experienced Lead Dental Nurse looking to take the next step into practice management, with the leadership skills and commercial awareness required for the role.

About the Role

As Clinic Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to‑day operational and commercial management of the practice, working closely with clinicians and the wider team. You'll be a visible and approachable leader, supporting colleague development, maintaining high standards and creating a positive working environment. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to improve performance, introduce new ways of working and support the practice's growth plans.
