Meldrum House Hotel in Scotland is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our brigade. You will work in the main kitchen or banqueting kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes for a variety of events and services, while learning our award-winning menus and upholding exacting standards.

You’ll collaborate with the Executive Head Chef and team, take pride in your craft, and develop skills in menu knowledge, portion control, and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience at Commis Chef level.
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Willingness to learn and take pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and serve dishes for events or services.
• Gain extensive knowledge of menus and food offerings.
• Assist management with control of food supplies and purchases using date labelling processes.
• Adhere to food safety and health and safety guidelines.
