Dalata Hotel Group plc in Scotland is hiring a Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the busy kitchen of our Glasgow properties. You will help maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene while contributing to a warm, guest-focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel kitchen or similar role.
• Passion for food and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.

• Follow the Head Chef's guidance for excellence and efficiency.
