Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood, opening in Summer 2025 as a property of Rosewood Hotel Group, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will feature 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with various dining and entertainment spaces that serve as a platform for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie who will uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service to create memorable experiences for our guests. This role is scheduled to commence in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes meet the highest standards, supporting and motivating the team to exceed expectations.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized section, adhering to all HACCP standards.
  3. Follow recipes and technical sheets accurately, and stay informed about all menu allergens and their contents.
  4. Take ownership of the kitchen operation, providing guidance and support to peers, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
  5. Support Rosewood Impacts by promoting sustainable practices and circular hospitality.

  1. You understand the fast-paced nature of kitchen operations and are confident in maintaining organization and smooth operations.
  2. You notice when standards are not met and take prompt action.
  3. You nurture and support your team, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
