Our new restaurant, launched in June 2023, is the heart of the hotel’s dining experience.

It is a vibrant and fast-paced environment from morning to late, with friendly and informal service in a landmark location.

Located on the ground floor, we offer a casual all-day dining destination with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.

Our offerings include a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations, an all-day à la carte menu, and a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, combined with traditional and international flavors, creates a simple menu perfect for everyday treats, casual lunches, business meetings, or celebratory dinners.

Salary: £13.39 per hour plus service charge.

What will I be doing as a Commis Chef?

• Ensure consistent high-quality food production in line with Hilton standards
• Perform tasks efficiently and timely
• Support the kitchen brigade
• Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination in all working areas
• Assist other departments as needed and foster good working relationships
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions
• A passion for learning and a drive to succeed in culinary or hospitality careers
• Proof of completion of a basic food hygiene course
