The successful candidate will own planning data, work across teams, and use data-driven decisions to optimize stock levels while managing replenishment plans and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inventory Planning/Purchasing/Stock Control or similar, with strong knowledge of stock management.
• Proficient with ERP systems and ability to manage planning data.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve supply chain or stock issues.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Managing product supply to meet demand and service targets.
• Creating and maintaining replenishment or production plans.
• Identifying and resolving supply risks, shortages and delays.
• Monitoring inbound deliveries to ensure on-time receipt.
• Optimising stock levels to balance availability and cost.
• Acting on excess, ageing or slow-moving inventory.
• Liaising with suppliers on orders, schedules and performance.
• Maintaining accurate planning data within ERP systems.
• Analysing data to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply activities.
