Job summary

Premier Paper Group is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our growing team in Northampton. You will work with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to ensure stock availability exactly when customers need it.

The role involves forecasting demand, placing orders, monitoring deliveries and driving improvements across the supply chain. You will need strong numerical and analytical skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels to ensure product availability while minimising stock movements.
• Forecast future demand using historical sales data and business insight.
• Place purchase orders and manage replenishment with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and resolve delays or supply issues.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Manage stock transfers between central and satellite warehouses.
• Build strong working relationships with suppliers and colleagues across the business.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing and system data.
• Support continuous improvements across the supply chain.
