Job summary

NXA Talent in Wolverhampton is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the team in maximising product availability while minimising wastage, delivering the demand planning strategy across the business.

The role involves managing a replenishment function, using Power BI to analyse data, building strong supplier relationships, and driving stock accuracy with cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain Replenishment role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the demand planning team to maximise product availability across commodity groups.
• Communicate opportunities and risks to support end-to-end stock availability and mitigate risks.
• Lead daily huddles to inform, share, and challenge to deliver the demand planning strategy.
• Utilise Power BI data sources to provide rich data analyses to the business.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve end-to-end stock availability and KPI targets.
