Job summary

NXA Talent is seeking a Demand Planning Manager for a leading FMCG distribution partner in the West Midlands. You will lead a replenishment team to maximise product availability while minimising wastage and develop the demand planning strategy.

You will analyse Power BI reports, communicate opportunities and risks to the wider business, and collaborate across departments to achieve stock availability and KPI targets. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain Replenishment role previously.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning team to maximise product availability across categories.
• Communicate opportunities and risks to support end-to-end stock availability.
• Run daily huddles to inform, share, and challenge the demand planning strategy.
• Analyse Power BI data to provide actionable insights to the business.
• Investigate high stock levels and wastage and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve stock availability KPIs.
• Build strong supplier relationships to deliver annual KPI targets.
• Maintain stock targets and manage stock levels at commodity group level.
