Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to build and own the new demand planning function at its distribution site in Walsall. You will establish structured processes, forecast across the supply chain and drive governance with cross-functional teams to create a single, trusted view of demand.

You will lead the rollout of Dynamics 365 forecasting, deliver Power BI dashboards and collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales and Ops to support S&OP and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' dedicated Demand Planning experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong forecasting, analytics and data interpretation capability.
• Experience within a manufacturing, distribution or complex supply chain environment.
• ERP experience, ideally Dynamics 365 or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed a structured demand planning process from scratch.
• Analyse demand trends, customer forecasts, seasonality and inventory data.
• Improve forecast accuracy and planning governance.
• Utilise and maximise Dynamics 365 forecasting capability.
• Create meaningful reporting and insights using Power BI and Excel.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales and Operations teams.
• Support S&OP activities and drive data-led decision making.
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction of demand planning within the business.
