Nisbets Limited is recruiting a Demand Planner on a Maternity Cover basis to join the Inventory team. The role focuses on forecasting, planning and managing stock across the product portfolio, ensuring availability while optimizing inventory levels.
Based in Avonmouth with hybrid working options, you will collaborate across Category, Product, Supply Chain, and Supplier partners to deliver accurate forecasts and drive continuous improvement in inventory processes.
Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Demand Planner to join our Inventory team on a Maternity Cover basis, supporting the effective forecasting, planning, and management of stock across our product portfolio. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring excellent product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels across the business.
As an Inventory & Demand Lead at Nisbets, you will work collaboratively with Category, Product, Supply Chain, and Supplier partners to deliver accurate demand forecasts, manage stock health, and drive continuous improvement across inventory planning processes. You will use forecasting and inventory management tools to identify trends, mitigate supply risks, and support commercial decision-making.
This is a fast-paced and analytical role, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent planning skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. You will be responsible for balancing availability, stock cover, supplier performance, and inventory investment while contributing to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
This role will be based in Avonmouth, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern.
