Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the UK demand planning process end-to-end.
• Drive entity-level demand consensus and forecast sign-off.
• Capture demand assumptions from the sales team.
• Analyse forecast vs actuals and provide insight into variances.
• Align local demand planning with Group requirements.
• Collaborate with key customers, using customer portals and regular communication.
• Increase customer collaboration to improve forecast reliability.
• Prepare monthly demand packs and assumptions for Group S&OP.
• Participate in group-wide process improvement initiatives.
• Track event-based demand (promotions, seasonal activity etc.).
• Manage range changes and RIRO activity to eliminate FG write-off risk.

Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Demand Manager to join our Supply Chain function in Gateshead and play a key role in driving accurate forecasting, customer collaboration and end-to-end demand planning excellence.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this position is integral to aligning commercial, operational and strategic inputs to build a reliable demand forecast for the UK entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the UK demand planning process end-to-end
