We are currently recruiting for a Retail Supervisor to work the following
40 hours a week, working 5 days a week Monday – Saturday (flexibility maybe needed)
Annual Salary £29,428
In order to fully support the growth of our store we are currently looking to recruit a Retail Supervisor to help the Store Management team in overseeing the daily operations.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for our business and aid in driving a team of Retail Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and KPIs, as well as ensuring all health and safety aspects of the store are in line with compliance. The ideal person should be able to maintain high standard of presentation and customer service to create the best possible experience for every visitor. In this role you will have an opportunity to gain a widercommercialawareness and understanding around how Nisbets operates and delivers market leading products all over the world.You will be joining a team where you will be supported and guided in your career progression.
