As part of SALESmanago, one of the leading marketing automation platforms in Europe, we’re expanding our presence in Northern Europe, specifically the UK and Benelux. As part of this, we are hiring for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing GTM team.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to spearhead our lead generation initiatives across the UK and Benelux. This remote role is pivotal in collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and a passion for creating impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive ROI.This is a results driven role, with quarterly bonuses available for contributing to hitting Sales and Lead Generation targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Design, implement, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns spanning various channels, including: Email, Social media, Digital & Network Marketing, Events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies that increase lead volume and quality, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Lead Nurturing: Work with marketing and data team to track, nurture and convert leads over time into customers. Collaborate with sales reps to ensure they have the collateral and information needed to drive deals forward.
  • Market Expansion: Tailor demand generation strategies to effectively penetrate and grow our presence in the UK and Benelux.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members, including content, design, and product marketing specialists, to ensure impactful messaging across all campaigns and activity.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI, within a growing scale-up.
Experience
  • Essential: 2-3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or sales roles within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Essential: Demonstrable experience generating multi-channel pipeline and demand that ultimately converted into customers and ROI.
  • Preferred: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and automation tools for lead generation/nurturing.
  • Preferred: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the UK and Benelux markets in a SaaS or Tech setting.
