Outbound Campaign Manager – Lead the Next Big Shift (Onsite)

As part of the next phase of growth, we’re building a powerful outbound function and we’re looking for a strategic, creative, data-savvy Outbound Campaign Manager to lead the charge.

This is your chance to take a blank canvas and design outbound marketing the right way, from customer segmentation to bold, unexpected campaigns that grab attention and spark conversations. You’ll be building a program with real backing, impact, and freedom.

What You’ll Own

  • Create and lead targeted outbound campaigns that open doors and generate high-quality leads.
  • Identify gaps in current approach and build frameworks that scale.
  • Develop sharp, creative messaging tailored to industry segments that are notoriously hard to reach.
  • Mix it up with email, offline, direct outreach, and whatever else it takes to stand out.
  • Own segmentation strategy, dig into the data to identify clusters, trends, and white space.
  • Work closely with internal teams to make sure no lead or insight falls through the cracks.
  • Monitor, analyse, and iterate, what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next.
  • Stay on the pulse of outbound trends and bring fresh thinking to the table.
  • Align with sales on pipeline needs and lead quality.
  • Partner with product and creative to bring campaigns to life with real-world value.
  • Has outbound/B2B marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or complex industry.
  • Knows how to build campaigns from scratch and isn’t afraid of a bit of creative chaos.
  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Has strong copywriting and content development skills.
  • Understands marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision making.
  • Loves working with sales teams and understands what it takes to open doors.
