About The Role

One Aftersales is recruiting for an Aftersales Demand Generation Manager on a full-time Fixed Term Contract until April 2026.

Reporting to the Aftersales Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering service and parts marketing programs to increase aftersales retention and maximize profitability across the Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, SEAT, CUPRA, and ŠKODA workshops. Your focus will be on maintaining existing customers and marketing efforts to regain lost customers, including maximizing margin and volume contribution.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in product management and campaign development
• Agency management, including CRM, media, and PPC
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify growth and margin opportunities
• Excellent project management skills for successful strategy and campaign delivery
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional influencing skills across diverse audiences, including senior management
• Ability to prioritize workload and balance short-term actions with strategic projects
• High level of commercial awareness
