We’re looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our Bolt Business team in London. You’ll build and lead strategies to drive high-value leads, project manage, and execute initiatives that increase Bolt Business’ brand awareness and market share.

About The Role

As B2B Demand Generation Manager, you will drive hyperlocal, top-of-funnel leads for Bolt Business. Working with cross-functional teams and agencies, you will define and execute activities across European markets to increase brand awareness and market share. You should be strategic, communicative, and collaborative, with a creative approach to initiatives like events, activations, and thought leadership.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-value leads in key markets.
  • Operationalize and lead a strategic ABM strategy, enabling sales to close high-value opportunities.
  • Manage regional agencies, ensuring performance and quality results.
  • Build and manage a sales acquisition strategy with agencies, ensuring accountability.
  • Track and report KPIs related to lead generation and agency performance, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Develop internal initiatives to build the Bolt Business brand and credibility.
  • Oversee creation of localized content and materials to enhance brand awareness.
  • Increase B2B awareness of our products and services.
About You
  • At least 4 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales or marketing roles, with experience in ABM preferred.
  • Strong ownership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to network and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex agencies and solutions.
  • Drive, intelligence, and integrity are key; experience is valued but not mandatory if you demonstrate motivation and capability.
