Job summary

Ryft in Manchester is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive our marketing activities. The role fits a T-shaped marketing profile, combining hands-on breadth across channels with depth in at least one area. You’ll be instrumental in shaping campaigns and measuring impact.

You will shape the demand generation plan, build ABM programs, ensure robust attribution, optimise automation, and collaborate with sales to target ICP and pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in marketing.
• B2B experience is mandatory, ideally in fintech.
• T-shaped profile: hands-on working knowledge across a broad mix of marketing channels, with proven depth in at least one
• Track record of running campaigns with clear, commercial results.
• Comfortable using HubSpot, Clay and LinkedIn Ads.
• Able to work autonomously and prioritise across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfortable briefing and directing freelancers and internal stakeholders.
• Happy to run owned and third-party events.

Responsibilities

• Executing and shaping the demand generation plan across a broad mix of channels.
• Planning and running cross-functional activities.
• Helping build and execute ABM campaigns.
• Maintaining a clear attribution picture so we know what's actually driving pipeline from their activities.
• Building and improving marketing automation workflows to support lead flow, nurture, and sales handoff.
• Working closely with sales to align activity with pipeline targets and refine ICP targeting.
